By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using LedgerLine (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The Service supports three account types: Developer/Owner accounts, which create and administer projects; General Contractor accounts and Subcontractor accounts, which are invited by a Developer to a specific project. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the project data, documents, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to upload any document you submit, and for the accuracy of budget, task, and change order data you enter.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data you're not authorized to see, uploading malicious files, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LedgerLine does not guarantee the accuracy of any budget, schedule, or other data entered by users, and is not responsible for construction decisions made based on information in the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerLine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
