Before entering real estate, she built her career in corporate and commercial banking at Bank of Texas and Citi, where she underwrote and managed complex credit relationships, evaluated risk across large transactions, and partnered with senior stakeholders on deal execution and portfolio management. Her experience spans financial analysis, credit structuring, performance monitoring, and client-facing relationship management.
Julia earned a Master of Science in Business Analytics from SMU Cox School of Business and a BA, cum laude, from Elon University — a blend of institutional finance discipline and modern analytical capability she put to work building LedgerLine end to end. She lives in Dallas, Texas.
