Meet the founders
Julia brings a strong background in finance, analytics, and operations, with experience supporting investment decision-making, portfolio analysis, and strategic initiatives.
Before entering the real estate world, Julia built her career in corporate and commercial banking, holding roles at Bank of Texas and Citi, where she underwrote and managed complex credit relationships, evaluated risk across large transactions, and partnered with senior stakeholders on deal execution and portfolio management. Her experience spans financial analysis, credit structuring, performance monitoring, and client-facing relationship management.
Julia earned a Master of Science in Business Analytics from SMU Cox School of Business and a BA, cum laude, from Elon University. She brings a unique blend of institutional finance discipline and modern analytical capabilities. Julia resides in Dallas, Texas.
Jeff brings 14 years of accounting, tax, and financial management experience. He is currently CFO at Sureway Advisors, where he leads tax accounting, small-business accounting, and fractional CFO services, and he has previously held roles at CPA firms and privately held real estate development companies. Jeff especially enjoys working with individuals and small businesses — helping owners understand their numbers and make confident financial decisions.
Jeff earned a BA, cum laude, from Roanoke College. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with his wife and their seven children.
