Sandeep is the CEO & Founder of Vitae Capital, which he formed in 2019 as a more efficient vehicle to raise and deploy capital. He has been investing in real estate since 2011 — starting with single-family properties, then scaling partnerships across duplexes, fourplexes, and small apartments, and later taking LP positions in development. Today Vitae Capital runs five residential funds and one industrial fund, with roughly 300 members across 27 states.
Before shifting careers to real estate, Sandeep was a practicing physician (radiologist) and held multiple leadership positions, including Chief of Staff of Ascension Seton Northwest Hospital, where he was named Physician of the Year. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston and earned his MD with honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch.
Sandeep has spoken at real estate conferences across Texas, Florida, and Rhode Island. He has lived in Austin, Texas, since 2007 with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys trail running, snowboarding, and spending time on the lake.
